Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role on large-scale electrical or renewable energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of HSE requirements in construction and renewables.
• Valid UK driving license (if applicable).

• Coordinate daily work activities to ensure smooth progress of electrical installations.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and HSE regulations.

Job description

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on an exciting onshore renewables project. You will be responsible for overseeing the electrical installation and commissioning works, ensuring all activities are carried out safely, on time, and in line with quality and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical teams on-site, including subcontractors.
• Coordinate daily work activities to ensure smooth progress of electrical installations.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and HSE regulations.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections of all electrical works.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other trades to meet project milestones.
• Maintain accurate records of progress, inspections, and safety documentation.
• Participate in toolbox talks, risk assessments, and permit-to-work processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role on large-scale electrical or renewable energy projects.
• ECS Gold card
• SSSTS / SMSTS
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).
• Strong knowledge of HSE requirements in construction and renewables.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid UK driving licence (if applicable).
