About the Role:

Are you a natural leader with hands-on electrical experience and a passion for driving teams to success? We’re looking for a qualified Electrical Supervisor to join our team at OCU Group. As we expand our delivery of high-profile infrastructure and energy transition projects across the UK, you’ll play a key role in leading teams, overseeing installations, and ensuring excellence every step of the way.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Leading and coordinating site teams of 5–15 electricians
  • Planning, managing, and delivering electrical projects on time and within budget
  • Supervising containment systems, SWA cables, control panels, and fault finding
  • Maintaining site safety, compliance, and high workmanship standards
  • Interpreting drawings and collaborating with engineers and project teams
  • Coaching and supporting electricians – a people-first leader
  • Promoting a strong HSE culture, ensuring policies and standards are upheld
What We're Looking For:
  • Time-served Electrician with NVQ Level 3 and AM2
  • SSSTS or SMSTS certification
  • Strong industrial background (UKPN, National Grid, SPEN experience preferred)
  • Proven experience supervising and motivating large teams
  • Strong understanding of HV & LV electrical systems
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Bonus If You Have:
  • IOSH certification
  • First Aid at Work
  • Electrical testing & inspection capabilities
