Overview

Ridgeway & Co are working with a leading M&E contractor to recruit an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee major construction projects across London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on supervisor with a background in building services and commercial/residential developments to join a dynamic contractor with a strong pipeline of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works on-site
• Manage and monitor subcontractors to ensure quality and safety standards
• Support project delivery from installation through to commissioning
• Carry out inspections, testing, and quality checks of electrical systems
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations at all times
• Liaise with site managers, engineers, and the client to ensure smooth project delivery

About You

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor within construction (residential or commercial)
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and installations
• SSSTS or SMSTS qualification preferred
• ECS / JIB Gold Card desirable
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Able to manage teams and ensure deadlines are met to a high standard
