About

Our client is an international mechanical & electrical services contractor operating across Ireland, the UK, and Europe. They undertake high-value engineering services on behalf of Tier 1 main contractors on a range of projects including pharmaceutical, semiconductor & battery plants, data centres & mission-critical infrastructure, power transmission & distribution, and commercial offices.

Due to continued growth, particularly within their power transmission & distribution division, we are now seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join the delivery team based at their Scotland regional office.

Role Overview

The primary function of the role will be to support the Site Manager in managing site-based activities, leading and coordinating electrical teams on site. Responsibilities include tracking and recording site activities and progress, and leading the team to deliver quality work in line with the programme and budget.

Desirable Experience

• An electrical trades qualification or equivalent with 5+ years of site experience within key market sectors.
• Strong understanding of site activities, planning, and coordination.
• Ability to interpret schematics and electrical drawings.
• A strong commercial acumen.
• Familiarity with materials ordering and lead times.
• A strong client focus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A keen eye for detail and good record-keeping.
• Results-oriented with resilience to work under pressure.
