Job description

Electrical Supervisor

Permanent position in Lancashire, working 40 hours per week, with a salary of £42,000- £43,000.

Hamilton Woods Associates are working with a social housing contractor to recruit an Electrical Supervisor on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will work across their repairs service to carry out all aspects of electrical work, including general repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment, and act as one of the NICEIC QS's for their repairs and maintenance division.

Responsibilities of the Electrical Supervisor:

• Post inspecting works conducted by operatives
• Ensuring the results of inspection and testing of electrical work is recorded accurately
• Signing off EICRs
• Planning and providing training each month to operatives
• Conducting surveys on failed ECIR tests and providing recommendations
• Supporting the repairs service with technical knowledge

Experience required for the Electrical Supervisor:

• Previous role as a NICEIC QS advantageous
• 18th Edition
• 2391 or equivalent
• C&G NVQ 3 qualifications
