The role combines technical building services knowledge with contractor management, project coordination, health and safety, permit control and on-site project oversight.

You will be responsible for ensuring that project activities are properly planned, controlled and delivered, with particular focus on safety, quality, compliance and minimal disruption to the operational environment.

  • Supervise contractors and third-party vendors on site, including electrical, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing and specialist engineering contractors.
  • Escort contractors and vendors delivering works within the building and ensure activities are undertaken in accordance with agreed procedures.
  • Coordinate engineering attendance and specialist resources required to support project delivery.

  • Identify and escale non-compliance, unsafe practices or other concerns to management.
  • Obtain quotations from third-party contractors and support the procurement of project works.
  • Review work completion documentation, receipts and project records.
  • Ensure all required handover documentation, certification and project close-out information is completed and available.
  • Produce detailed weekly project status reports and communicate project progress, risks and issues to senior management.
