An exciting opportunity to join an established Building Services company based in the Bristol area has arisen!

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Static Electrical Supervisor to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across an industrial contract in the Bristol area. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and ideally live within the Bristol area but applications are welcome from all locations. You will be responsible for looking after a team of 1 fabric engineer and 1 site admin.

Key duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Account Manager in with the "day to day" running of the contract
  • Assist in the management of all maintenance staff on the contracts
  • Manage agreed KPI and SLA's alongside the Account Manager
  • Arrange specialist sub-contractors
  • Management of all reports/site log books (Working with the Account Manager)
  • Ensure all paperwork is up to date on each contract and ready for audits
  • Attend client meetings if required
  • Manage Engineering Team
  • Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
  • Emergency lighting tests
  • Control Panels
  • Changing Ballast
  • BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
  • Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
  • Maintain and update Log books
  • Water Treatment
Package
  • Basic Salary of up to £42,000
  • Monday – Friday 08:00 am – 17:00pm
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Pension
  • Full company uniform
Requirements
  • Recognised trade qualification - City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 & 3 – Electrical Engineering
  • City & Guilds - 18th Edition
  • Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled
  • Good communication skills
  • Client Facing
