Job summary

Henley Chase is seeking an Electrical Site Manager with live healthcare experience to lead electrical infrastructure projects, including NHS settings, substations, generators and main/sub-distribution boards.

You will read drawings, plan programmes, coordinate subcontractors and direct labour across multiple sites, with a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel. Strong focus on safety, quality and timely delivery in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

We are specifically seeking an Electrical Site Manager with experience in live healthcare environments, infrastructure projects, substations, generators, main distribution board and sub-distribution board replacements, and associated electrical installations.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager or Senior Electrical Supervisor.
• Strong background delivering electrical infrastructure projects. · Previous experience working within NHS or live healthcare environments.
• Good working knowledge of NHS Healthcare Technical Memoranda (HTMs), particularly those relating to electrical systems.
• Excellent understanding of electrical distribution systems, substations, generators and critical power infrastructure.
• Ability to manage multiple site teams simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and direct labour.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Competent in planning works and managing project programmes.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel and work across multiple project locations
