Job summary

SES Engineering Services is seeking an Electrical Site Manager to join our Central region, based at the HMP Wayland project near Thetford. You will support the Project Manager with construction programming, short-term planning, and materials scheduling, while ensuring productive on-site management and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will lead sub-contractor coordination, review drawings for buildability, and drive RFIs and information flow to match the programme.

Responsibilities

• Develop a daily key action plan that includes productivity and people management
• Attend/Chair internal meetings with sub-contractors on site progress
• Review design drawings for buildability and co-ordination, raising RFIs where appropriate
• Manage the flow of sub-contractor's design information as delegated by the Project Manager to suit the programme of works on site
• Assist the Project Manager and or Technical Manager to produce and monitor the MIRS
