About The Role

M Group has an exciting opportunity within their Minor Projects team as an Electrical Site Manager. The team provides technical and engineering services across various electrical disciplines and activities. The role involves ensuring safety, compliance, and successful delivery of multiple challenging projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager throughout all project stages, including planning, documentation management, procurement, and managing labour and subcontractors.
• Maintain high safety standards, quality, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Focus on client needs, understanding the scope of work, and managing expectations.
• Ensure effective communication within the internal team and with wider business units.

About You

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Qualified with NVQ Level 5 or above and/or 18th Edition Regulations, with experience managing aviation projects.
• Site experience with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Proven project management and delivery experience in safety-critical environments.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, particularly CDM.
• Strong commercial acumen, familiar with NEC contracts and project management.
• Experience managing both commercial and project deliverables.
• Ability to identify and implement quality improvements.
• Share knowledge and coach team members to enhance team performance.
• Ability to interpret scopes, technical info, and drawings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate teams.
• CSCS Card, SMSTS qualification, Full Clean Driving License.
• Proven leadership skills in managing teams and subcontractors.
