Job Description

In this role, you would be responsible for managing all site elements of the project for King and Moffatt, while ensuring full project deliverables are achieved.

What you would do:

1. On site delivery and compliance of EHSQ, Toolbox talks, RAMS, PPE etc.
2. Ensure all relevant permits are in place.
3. On site coordination of plant hire, tools, and labour.
4. Direct and train apprentices to manage deliveries and daily checks.
5. Oversee and manage labour, site supervisors and subcontractors.
6. Execution of commissioning and close out plan.
7. Ensure close out of snag lists.
8. Deliver on labour tracker.
9. Manage relevant external correspondence.
10. Order all day-to-day site materials.
11. Update appropriate information to progress report.
12. Maintaining K&M Document Management System.
13. Project specific scheduling.
14. Communicate changes to Project team.
15. Project quality reporting and monitoring.
16. Oversee testing certification and handover.
17. Comply with all EHSQ policies and procedures as required.

Qualifications

1. Qualified Electrician.
2. Previous experience in a Site Manager or similar role.
3. Experience of managing and leading teams.
4. Project Management experience beneficial.
5. Computer literate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Up to date manual handling & safe pass.
