  • Promote and maintain high standards of health, safety, environmental, and quality (HSEQ) compliance.
  • Escalate serious HSEQ issues to Site Manager as needed.
  • Maintain accurate electronic records of fuel supply, maintenance, testing, HSEQ incidents, and audits via online systems.
  • Monitor feed water and emissions quality to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Liaise effectively with client engineering and maintenance teams to maintain strong working relationships.
  • Support excellent site housekeeping, tool management, and stock control.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

  • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Experience handling biomass fuel supply logistics and telehandler operation (or willingness to train).
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate work permits.
  • Proven record of working on large industrial heat-generating plants.

  • Flexible, dependable, and committed to maintaining high operational and safety standards.

Desirable:

  • Boiler Operation Accreditation Scheme (BOAS) qualification.
  • Experience with DCS/BMS controls and CMMS systems.
