We are currently recruiting an Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer to join our prestigious Commercial Office Building located in Green Park, London. The role involves maintaining landlord areas and plant, working for a large maintenance contractor servicing blue-chip companies. The position requires client-facing skills and good communication.

Location: Green Park

Salary: £50,000

Hours: Continental Shift Pattern

Duties:

• Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance, complete reports and paperwork.
• Handle Reactive and emergency breakdown tasks, complete reports.
• Participate in a call-out rota for out-of-hours cover.
• Assist team members and follow line manager instructions.
• Complete tasks within contractual timeframes.
• Reduce energy consumption proactively.
• Supervise visiting subcontractors regarding work quality and safety.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Accurately complete all work documentation.
• Work safely and diligently, complying with health and safety policies.
• Participate in training and appraisal activities.
• Undertake additional duties as required.

Requirements:

• Qualified to City & Guilds Level II/III or equivalent in Electrical discipline (essential).
