Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer - Holborn, London - Up to £47,200 (£44-46k Basic + £1.2k Shift Allowance)

I have a fantastic opportunity to work for a large maintenance company in Holborn, London, at a corporate commercial office building on behalf of a large property management company. You will carry out PPMs, reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, and general building maintenance tasks.

My client is looking for a multi-skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer with experience in building services to work in a high-profile corporate head office. Due to the nature of the client, you will be required to pass a security check.

Hours

4 Days on, 4 Days Off - 07:00am - 19:00pm - Days Only

Requirements

• Apprentice Trained
• Electrical - City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 or Equivalent
• 17th/18th Edition
• 2391 Test & Inspection
• Client Facing
• Commercial Building Maintenance Experience

Duties

• Electrical and Mechanical PPMs and Reactive maintenance
• General building services tasks
• Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCUs, AHUs, HVAC plant, Water treatment
• Three Phase and Single Phase Systems, Building Management Systems & Electrical Monitoring
• Air Conditioning & Chillers, Pumps, Motors & Variable Speed Drives
• Working in large blue-chip company offices
• Collaborating as part of a small maintenance team to deliver excellent service to the client
