A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to work for an established FM service provider in Paddington. The client is seeking a key member to join their professional maintenance team, ensuring continued delivery of excellent service.

The ideal candidate will have extensive commercial maintenance experience, including emergency lighting, fire alarm checks, FCUs, AHUs, UPS, BMS, and riser experience. Knowledge of FCUs, water treatment, and HVAC systems is essential.

Duties:

• Carrying out daily PPM and reactive maintenance tasks
• Responding to daily emergency callouts
• Completing logbooks and RAMS
• Testing emergency lighting
• Performing all electrical work including lighting, wiring, testing, alarm systems, BMS, lighting systems, and heat exchangers
• Carrying out duties related to toilets, drainage, tiling, and sinks
• Demonstrating knowledge of AHU, FCU, UPS, generators, LV systems, with fault-finding abilities

Requirements:

• Trade-trained with ideally 3 years’ experience in building services
• City & Guilds Qualified Electrical Level 3 OR Mechanical Bias
