Electrical Shift Engineer – Liverpool Street – £46,000

Location: Liverpool Street

Salary: £46,000

Hours: Days only shift (7AM – 7PM)

A rare and exciting opportunity has come up to work for a growing facilities maintenance company at an iconic banking establishment located near Liverpool Street Station. The client is looking for a key team member to ensure excellent service delivery. You will work days only on a continental shift pattern.

The ideal candidate will have extensive commercial maintenance experience, including emergency lighting, hot and cold water systems, fire alarm checks, FCUs, AHUs, UPS, BMS, and riser experience. Knowledge of FCUs, water treatment, and HVAC is essential, along with previous experience in a corporate, client-facing environment, as this is a very corporate site. Qualifications required include City and Guilds 236 Part 1 & 2, and 17th/18th Edition.

Duties include:

• Carrying out daily PPM and reactive maintenance tasks
• Handling emergency callouts
• Completing logbooks and RAMS
• Emergency lighting testing
• Electrical work including lighting, wiring, testing, alarm systems, BMS, lighting systems, and heat exchangers
• Maintenance duties on toilets, drainage, tiling, and sinks
• Fault finding on AHU, FCU, UPS, generators, LV systems

Requirements:

• Trade-trained with ideally 3 years’ experience in building services
• City & Guilds Qualified Electrical Level 3 or Mechanical Bias
