Qualifications

• You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates.

• Experience working in a bank or commercial office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance.
• Perform lighting installations and fault finding.
• Monitor BMS systems and UPS systems.

Electrical Shift Engineer - Moorgate - 4 on 4 off DAYS & NIGHTS- Immediate Start - Temp to Perm

My client is looking for Electrical Shift Engineer to be based in a commercial building in Moorgate, London The successful candidates will be Electrically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance, working with the maintenance team on site, He or she will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance to the following. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000, further training and career progression.

Key duties & Responsibilities

- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
- Emergency lighting
- Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Chillers - Re-set
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- Pumps, motors
- Water Treatment
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
- UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings

Hours of work / Pay

- 4 on 4 off - Days & Nights Shift (7am - 7pm)
- £25p/h
- Up to £50,000 per annum



Requirements

- Electrical qualified level 2&3 (C&G, NVQ etc)
- 18th Edition
- Experience working in a bank / commercial Office
- You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Excellent customer skills
