Job summary

PRS, a leading facilities management provider, seeks an Electrical Shift Engineer to join a prestigious educational site in Whitechapel. The role centers on proactive maintenance and rapid response to electrical issues on a fast-paced campus.

You will maintain electrical distribution systems, emergency lighting, fire alarms, UPS, generators, and BMS equipment, while ensuring compliance and accurate handover records.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical maintenance within a large-scale commercial, public sector, or educational environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently on a shift pattern.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and responding to reactive tasks efficiently.
• Fault finding, testing, and repair of electrical distribution systems, switchgear, and control panels.

The Role
