Day to Day:

Working for a Housing Association in the Bristol area, the Electrical Service Manager role offer hybrid, flexible working arrangements. Managing the day to day compliance requirements of their property stock and leading a team of engineers and contractors in the field.

Must have experience of NIC/EIC Duty holder or qualified Supervisor.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

Essential qualifications:

  • NVQ 3
  • 18 th Edition
  • Strong H&S experience
  • Experience of managing a department budget
  • Adhering and working to department SLAs
  • People management essential and working knowledge of HR process
  • Day to day workload management
  • Must have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
