Overview

Electrical Service Engineer (UK Wide/ Overseas) – Peterborough and surrounding areas such as Boston, Leicester, Kings Lynn, Cambridge, Kettering, Grantham, Corby, etc.

£40,000-£45,000 + Regular travel to sites across UK & Overseas + Stay Away Allowance (£25 per day) + Door to Door Pay + Company Benefits + Training Provided & Product Training Provided

About the Role

This company design, manufacture, commission and install production line machinery for sectors across the UK and globally. You will travel to industrial sites in UK and Overseas to install and commission machinery. Regular support and training will be provided to get up to speed with company products and PLC training.

Responsibilities

• Travel to industrial sites within the UK and Overseas to perform installation and commissioning of production line machinery.
• Work in an industrial environment (manufacturing, foundry, oil & gas, steel works, etc.).
• 80% onsite (UK & Abroad) / 20% workshop.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Maintenance Engineer / Service Engineer / Commissioning Engineer / Packaging Engineer / Production Engineer / Conveyor Engineer, etc.
• Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Aggregates, Quarry, Mining, Industrial, Plant Machinery, etc.
• Multiskilled with an electrically biased background.
• Basic PLC knowledge and experience.
• Holding a valid passport.
• Willing to stay away from home in the UK and Overseas (roughly 60% overseas).
