Job summary

Teambuilder Recruitment Limited is looking for an Electrical Service Engineer to fault find to component level on PCB boards and work with 230V/415V mains equipment. You must be physically fit, willing to travel, and reside within commutable distance of Wolverhampton to access the workshop.

Maintenance or Technician backgrounds are acceptable; electrical/electronics qualifications (City & Guilds, BTEC, HNC/HND) are useful. UK work with potential overseas travel is included in the role.

Qualifications

• Fault find to component level on PCB boards.
• Willing to travel and commute to Wolverhampton workshop.
• Experience with 230V and 415V mains equipment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out fault finding to PCB component level.
• Travel to client sites as required.
• Work in the Wolverhampton workshop when based locally.
• Provide high level customer service and report to Services Manager.

Electrical Service Engineer - PCB level Electronic / Electrical Equipment

Full training will be given. You must be physically fit and willing to travel.

You will need to be able to fault find to component level on PCB boards. (This is the main technical criteria).

Any qualification in Electrical / Electronics would be useful, such as city and guilds, BTEC, or HNC /HND.

Working on 230V and 415V mains voltage equipment.

You can come from a Maintenance or Technician background but you must be willing to travel as a Service Engineer.

You must live within a commutable distance of Wolverhampton as you will be required to go into the workshop.

You must be technically motivated and interested in a high level of Customer Service.

You will be responsible to the Services Manager .

You will be working within the UK and potentially overseas.

Basic 30K OTE 38-45K

Your own vehicle 4.5K ( Allowance )

Mileage £0.45P

Overtime rates 1.3. 1.5, 2.0
