A large percentage of the work will require travelling and working away from home.

Role Overview

As our Electrical Service and Installation Engineer, you will provide an installation service of electrical, electromechanical and mechanical products for our HSS customers. A key part of the role will be to assist and overcome technical on-site issues by ensuring the customer receives outstanding service in a professional and friendly manner. This exciting opportunity will allow you to work on some great projects by collaborating with the Commercial Services Manager to deliver exceptional service through production identification, specification and costing.

You would also:

  • Install products in line with project plans, conduct site surveys and identify the equipment required.
  • Resolve product issues, provide ongoing maintenance and offer onsite technical support.
  • Maintain accurate documentation on projects and for daily activities.
  • Engage with customers directly on technical issues and project progress.
  • Support internal teams, suggest improvements and manage large project installations onsite.
