Job summary

Service Service seeks an senior Electrical & RF Calibration Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of high‑precision calibration systems. You will head a multidisciplinary team, shape product strategy and technical direction in a specialist test and measurement environment.

With a degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, you will drive lifecycle management from concept to delivery, influencing at all levels and pushing for metrology excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• Significant experience leading engineering teams.
• Strong background in RF design and measurement systems.
• Experience in test & measurement, calibration, or metrology environments.
• Proven ability to manage full product lifecycle from concept to delivery.
• Strong systems engineering knowledge and structured development approach.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product delivery and lifecycle management for electrical and RF calibration systems.
• Manage and develop cross-functional engineering teams across hardware, software, and firmware.
• Define system architectures with a focus on RF performance, signal integrity, and metrology standards.
• Translate customer and market requirements into clear technical deliverables.

Service Service is recruiting for a senior‑level Electrical & RF Calibration Manager on behalf of a globally recognised engineering organisation. This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving the development and delivery of high‑precision electrical and RF calibration products across their full lifecycle.

You will lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, playing a pivotal role in shaping product strategy, technical direction, and innovation within a highly specialised test and measurement environment.

Key Responsibilities
