Real Staffing is seeking an Electrical Quantity Surveyor to own the commercial management of projects from tender to final account. You will collaborate with Project Managers, engineers, subcontractors and clients to maintain cost control and profitability.
You will lead reporting, manage subcontractor accounts, valuations, and variations while identifying risks and opportunities to improve project performance across the full lifecycle.

This role sits at the heart of project delivery, working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects remain commercially successful from day one. This is not a role where you'll be sitting on the sidelines. You'll be a key part of the project team, influencing outcomes and helping deliver successful project results from start to finish.
As Electrical Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring strong cost control, effective contract administration, and successful commercial outcomes.
You will work closely with both site and office-based teams, maintaining accurate commercial reporting while proactively identifying risks and opportunities as projects progress.
You are commercially minded, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing your workload independently while delivering accurate results in a fast‑paced environment.
