Job description

As Electrical Qualifying Supervisor, you will lead a team of electricians, dealing with any queries relating to electrical installation and testing. Ensuring your team are clear on their roles and responsibilities, you will assess resource requirements and support the management of day-to-day activities. Identifying risks and protecting Morgan Sindall's reputation, you will manage team performance, undertake quality assurance and drive a culture of right first time.

You will be a time served Electrician with knowledge of social housing and health and safety. We're looking for those with good IT skills. You'll be able to oversee a team of electricians with all compliancy. You must hold a valid full clean UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).

The desirable qualifications for this role are as follows:

• Electrical Qualified Supervisor (QS)
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
• Certification for the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Bs 7671
• Inspection and Testing qualification (such as C&G 2391 or 2394 and 2395)
• At least two years of practical experience, AM2 assessment of competence and a thorough understanding of the Building Regulations
