Fortem Solutions are currently recruiting for a 'Working' Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to join our Cambridge Housing Society contract, of which the office is based in Histon. Please note, this will be a 'Working' Supervisor role, so we are looking for someone who is looking to take the next step towards becoming a Supervisor, whilst still completing Electrical trade jobs. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to get a sample of Supervision.
Our contract with Cambridge Housing Society is a long term partnership with houses covering the whole of Cambridgeshire, from Wisbech down to Haverhill, although primarily situated in central Cambridge. There are nearly 3,000 properties, mostly houses and flats, and we will be looking after their Repairs, Voids, Cyclical Works and Planned workstreams.
As our 'Working' Electrical Supervisor you will ensure that Fortem complies with all electrical regulations and maintains its registration as an NICEIC approved electrical contractor. You will have day to day responsibility for the safety, technical standard and quality of all categories of electrical work including installation, certification of works, repairs and alterations carried out under the scope of the contract.
