Job summary

Renewafuel Home Innovations Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to oversee the technical standards, safety and compliance of our electrical installation projects.

The role is field-based with responsibilities including acting as the Qualified Supervisor for our electrical certification scheme, ensuring compliance with BS 7671 and current regulations, and providing guidance to electricians while conducting inspections, tests and audits.

Qualifications

• Level 3 electrotechnical qualification or recognised equivalent.
• Inspection & Testing qualification where required for the scheme scope.
• Evidence of ongoing electrical CPD.
• Current ECS card desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as Qualified Supervisor for the electrical certification scheme.
• Ensure electrical work meets BS 7671, current regulations and certification requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to electricians and installation teams.
• Inspect and test electrical installations and review certification.
• Carry out technical audits and identify remedial requirements.
• Maintain electrical compliance and support certification-body assessments.
• Work alongside heat pump, solar PV and battery installation teams.
• Help maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.
