Salter Grange is working with a leading specialist electrical contractor that provides medium voltage (MV) and low voltage (LV) cable installation and is recruiting a QA/QC Electrical Manager to join their team on a high-profile, major Data Centre Development with an Electrical Package Value of over £100m in London.

The successful QA/QC Electrical Manager will be part of a new QA/QC team responsible for inspection and handover of cable installations.

Ideally, the successful QA/QC Manager will have experience in a similar role, be Electrical trade or degree qualified, and have a proven track record in the Data Centre industry.

QA/QC Electrical Manager Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections of the quality of installations.
• Owner of snagging the installation both on scheduled walkdowns and observations.
• Critique installations to ensure the clients walkdown is a snag-free exercise.
• Deliver First of a kind process and sign off.
• Document Control of Construction Drawings, Schedules and Specifications.
• QA Owner of allocated Turnover scope to take from construction completion through Testing, inspecting and handover.
• Partake in Quality Surveillance Programme.
• Compilation of turnover packs.

QA/QC Electrical Manager Requirements:

• Electrical trade qualified or degree qualified.
• 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of electrical systems.
