Job summary

ASEE Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Planner to support the development and management of project schedules across ASEE Ltd projects. You will ensure accurate planning, monitor progress, and help project teams deliver works on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include preparing schedule data, establishing work sequences, developing programmes, attending progress meetings with clients, applying Earned Value and progress measurement, and identifying delays with mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

  • HNC/HND/BSc in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years’ experience in project planning within electrical/engineering contracts.
  • Strong ability to establish work sequences and activity durations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Primavera P6 knowledge preferred (training provided).

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of schedule data for contracts.
  • Develop and maintain project programmes and schedules.
  • Attend programme and progress meetings with clients.
  • Review and analyse supplier schedules submitted for projects.
  • Apply Earned Value, resourcing, and progress measurement techniques.
  • Identify delays and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure alignment between planning, project teams, and stakeholders.
