Job summary

Facilitate Search Ltd in the West Midlands is partnering with a leading Facilities & Construction business to recruit an Electrical Project Manager for multiple sites around Birmingham.

You will deliver Electrical biased works from inception to completion, with typical project values from £50k to £2 million, across M&E replacement, upgrade, fit-out and refurbishments. A background in Design & Build is preferred, with responsibility for contractor management and site coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering electrical / M&E projects from inception to completion.
• Background in Design & Build projects preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and ensure safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects from inception to completion across multiple sites.
• Coordinate on-site works and liaise with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage safety, quality and progress across the programme.
• Support minor mechanical and fabric works within packages.
