Location: Liverpool

Emtec Energy is a leading Solar PV engineering specialist in the UK, dedicated to reducing carbon footprints and delivering cost-effective renewable energy solutions. As we expand, we are seeking a driven and hands on Project Manager to join our growing business.

This role is based in the Liverpool area with flexible/hybrid working opportunities plus a company vehicle or car allowance. Join us in advancing your career in the dynamic renewables sector!

What You'll be Doing

• Manage Large Scale Solar PV projects from inception to delivery, ensuring compliance with standards, KPIs, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead project coordination with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Create and organise project documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Oversee work through regular site visits, maintaining quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and a positive customer experience.

What You’ll Need

• Project management experience, ideally with an electrical or renewables background.
• Experience of working with a main contractor would be a big plus.
• Strong skills in managing timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations (including COSHH).
• Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
• People management abilities and a strong customer focus.
• Full UK driving licence.

Preferred Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations
• Inspection and testing 2391/2
• SMSTS Qualification
