About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Electrical Project Manager with experience in electrical infrastructure and renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with excellent organizational skills, technical expertise, and attention to detail, capable of managing diverse projects in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of solar, battery storage, EV charging, and electrical maintenance projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams for seamless project execution.
• Review technical designs and documentation for accuracy and feasibility.
• Monitor project milestones, manage risks, and resolve site challenges.
• Supervise on-site activities, manage resources, and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Ensure projects meet industry standards, regulations, and quality benchmarks.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering effective communication and accountability.
• Conduct site audits to verify adherence to designs and specifications.
• Prepare project reports and performance analyses for stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Fully electrically qualified with hands-on experience in solar PV systems.
• Proven track record managing renewable energy or electrical projects.
• Strong understanding of solar PV, battery systems, EV infrastructure, and maintenance protocols.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including CDM 2015.
• Full UK driving license.

Location

Bristol/Cardiff – with site travel across the UK.
