The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while utilising Primavera P6 for tracking progress.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare detailed reports on project status, including timelines, resource allocation, and potential risks.
  • Utilise Civil 3D for design and planning purposes to enhance project efficiency.
  • Foster strong relationships with team members and stakeholders through effective communication and time management skills.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or in a similar role within the construction or engineering industry.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse teams and clients.
  • A degree in an Electrical related field or time-served electrical apprenticeship is required.
  • Relevant certifications in construction management would be preferred
