Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a proactive Site Manager to lead multi-discipline projects in the Manchester area. You will ensure delivery to specifications and quality standards, working with design consultants and the commercial team to optimise value.

The role requires an electrical background with a Board of Trade Certificate of Competency, a 5-day Site Managers Safety course, CSCS card, and proven experience in WIP reporting and commercial management. Full driving license is essential.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• Experience managing multi-discipline projects.
• Electrical background with Board of Trade Certificate of Competency.
• Completion of 5-day Site Managers Safety course.
• Valid CSCS card.
• Experience in commercial management and reporting on WIP.
• CDM Awareness (preferred).
• Full driving license.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring projects deliver to specifications and quality standards.
• Delivering design and build projects with internal/external consultants.
• Conduct continuous improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Re-engineer projects with value engineering in collaboration with commercial.
• Ensure Commissioning, Inspection and Test Plans are in place.
