Overview

A highly regarded, award-winning General Contractor focusing on delivering Mission Critical Projects across various sectors is currently seeking an ambitious and driven Electrical Project Manager for a high-profile Data Centre project in Europe.

Ideally, candidates will have extensive experience working as an Electrical Project Manager on large-scale industrial projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to bolster your resume by working on one of the company’s flagship projects.

Electrical Project Manager Responsibilities

• Management of all day-to-day site operations
• Management of sub-contractor activities, including tracking progress against schedule and staffing levels. Ensure that there is a weekly minuted meetings with subcontractors.
• Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover Meetings
• Ensure your team contributes to the internal weekly progress report rolled up from the project supervisors' report.
• Review the weekly progress report before it is issued to all stakeholders. Highlight areas not available, delays, design issues and third-party delays.
• Record weekly safety stats & project labour projections.
• Ensure that there are weekly commercial meetings with the commercial team to ensure all variations are being captured and costs issued to the client.
• Develop and implement company procedures with the package managers

Electrical Project Manager Requirements

• A trade background and 3 - 7 years of previous experience managing large installation projects and subcontractors.
• Experienced in design and building
• Excellent technical knowledge of Electrical systems
• Ability to work well within strict deadlines
