Qualifications

Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the construction industry.
Strong technical understanding of electrical building services/installations.

Responsibilities

Manage electrical projects.
Coordinate labour, materials, subcontractors and specialist suppliers.
Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with project programmes.
Monitor project performance against programme, budget and contractual requirements.
Chair and attend project review meetings.
Support site teams in overcoming technical and operational challenges.
Work with the commercial team to maximise project profitability.
Identify and implement efficiency and cost-saving strategies.
Identify long lead items and manage procurement to mitigate risks.
Support monthly cost reporting, forecasting and project reviews.
Assist with preparation of applications for payment and valuations.
Ensure project resources are managed effectively to support programme requirements.
