Electrical Project Manager - Commercial Solar

Location: Kent - Southeast

Salary: £55K - £60K

Your New Role

You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of solar and battery storage projects, ranging from large residential installations to larger commercial systems and maintenance contracts. Working closely with the Head of Operations and a wider delivery team, you will manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing technical requirements, stakeholder engagement, timelines, and budgets. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys transforming plans into real-world impact.

Your Background

We are looking for candidates with at least two years of project management experience in solar or renewable energy projects, demonstrating strong leadership, technical understanding, and stakeholder management skills.
