Electrical Project Manager (Commercial/Industrial Energy Storage Systems)

Location: Hybrid between our manufacturing site in Stoke-on-Trent, and on-site at UK and Ireland based client locations

Schedule: 37.5 hours Monday – Friday. Flexible working hours usually within 7am – 7pm (with potential for some out of hours cover/site requirements)

Experience Level: A high level of electrical competency with commercial systems and experience in a similar role is required.

Salary: £50k - £60k pa depending on experience and qualification level (plus performance bonus scheme)

Driving Licence: A full driving license is required as a pool vehicle is provided for site visits.

Overview: Are you an experienced Electrical Project Manager seeking a role in the growing renewables sector? Reporting to our Commercial Director, you'll oversee large-scale projects across the UK, with some international travel. Join us to help change the world and empower energy freedom for all!

GivEnergy Commercial handles large-scale projects, often containerized solutions for off-grid backup for larger clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Communicating with clients and stakeholders.
• Delivering project quotes.
• Negotiating deadlines, scope, and technical details.
• Collaborating to meet SLAs.
• Ensuring health & safety compliance.
• Managing project resources and reporting issues.
• Representing the company in client interactions and industry events.
• Ensuring adherence to engineering best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Significant experience as a commercial/industrial electrician.
• Project management and leadership experience.
• Core electrical qualification (NVQ L3, degree, or equivalent).
• CSCS/ECA card holder.
• Desirable: 18th Edition certification.
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel.
• Drawing and process design skills.
• Advanced health & safety certification.
• Effective time management and planning skills.
• Strong IT and communication skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
