Job description

Role: Electrical Project Manager

Location: South Leeds (National Travel)

Role:

We are seeking an electrical project manager to deliver up to 5 projects ranging from GBP 200k to GBP 1.2m.

The company has been established for 20 years and has a strong presence in the warehouse and car showroom sectors.

This role focuses on project delivery and management. All works are subcontracted to experienced labour-only contractors.

Due to the nature of the projects, extensive travel is required. You will be on the road frequently, including overnight stays and site meetings across the country.

Candidate requirements:

• Comfortable working with clients on live sites
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification
• Black ECS card
• NVQ and City & Guilds qualifications in electrical installation, 18th edition
• Ability to manage teams and subcontractors, and liaise effectively with procurement, design, and estimating departments
• Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check
