Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Electrical Project Manager!
Location: Oxford, London & South Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum + Car Allowance

About the Role:
As an Electrical Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of delivering high-value, high-impact projects across a range of sectors, including Offices, Healthcare, Higher Education, Museums and more! With a mix of responsibilities, this is your chance to showcase your leadership skills and drive successful project outcomes from start to finish. You ll manage up to 3 projects at once, each with a team including Site Supervisors/Managers and subcontract labour, overseeing commercial electrical projects up to £2m in value. You ll play a key role in managing relationships with clients and partners, ensuring the smooth progress of every project while maintaining rigorous health and safety standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Taking charge of all electrical aspects of commercial projects from contract signing to handover.
2. Building strong client and partner relationships to ensure operational and commercial success.
3. Ensuring full compliance through meticulous design audits and overseeing commissioning processes.
4. Managing procurement, variations, and costings in collaboration with Quantity Surveyors and commercial teams.
5. Maintaining comprehensive quality control, testing, and maintenance records.
6. Providing technical support and expertise to internal teams and ensuring projects run smoothly.
7. Overseeing the preparation of operational and maintenance manuals for clients.
8. Supporting after-care and handover processes to ensure client satisfaction.

What We re Looking For:
We re seeking a candidate with a strong track record in electrical project management, ideally with over 5 years of experience managing projects of similar scale and complexity. You should be someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.

Ideal Qualifications & Experience:

1. 5+ years experience as an Electrical Project Manager in a commercial setting.
2. Proven experience managing electrical projects up to £2m in value.
3. Hold a Black CSCS Managers Card; SSSTS/SMSTS and HND/HNC are a plus.
4. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage teams and clients effectively.
5. A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to navigate challenges and deliver results.
