The Company

Our client is a successful M&E contractor, with 3 offices in the North East region alone - and they are seeking a skilled Electrical Project Manager to join their Leeds team to work on new-build projects e.g they have a significant healthcare scheme and a university scheme. The Role and its Responsibilities

The Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for managing the electrical installation of projects from 'cradle to grave' & will be client-facing and largely office-based, with site visits.

The Individual

The successful candidate will be a seasoned Electrical Project Manager with experience managing large projects. The successful candidate must be capable of demonstrating strong client-facing skills, excellent commercial awareness, and the ability to manage a project from cradle to grave.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager, preferably on commercial/healthcare projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, some mechanical awareness is also advantageous
• Excellent client management and communication skills, with the ability to foster strong client relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage project budgets effectively.
• Ability to demonstrate a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
