Position Overview:

They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Electrical Project Manager to join their team in Kettering, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a strong background in mechanical engineering, project management, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate and supervise the work of project teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Qualifications:
