Job Title: Electrical Project Manager

Pay rate/Salary: £45,000 - £48,000 per year

Hours of Work: Full-time

Type: Permanent

Start Date: Immediately (flexible for notice periods)

We are hiring for an Electrical Project Manager. This role involves overseeing lighting and power installation projects within commercial developments, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Managing and overseeing engineers and installation teams on site
• Attending site and design meetings (internal and external)
• Controlling and monitoring material and subcontract procurement
• Providing internal technical support to the sales team
• Ensuring projects are completed within time, budget, and quality standards
• Overseeing and resolving any site issues
• Communicating between key customers and internal teams
• Ensuring Health & Safety and site-specific requirements are adhered to
• Supporting compliance with ISO 9001/14001 standards and reporting opportunities for improvement

Skills and Experience

• Related electrical & technical qualifications (18th Edition Wiring Regulations - Essential)
• Supervisory/management experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or office environments
• Experience managing projects up to £1 million
• Previous experience within the Building Services sector (Essential)
• Strong written communication skills
