Overview

Electrical Project Manager Glasgow (office-based with regional travel across Scotland & North of England)

Salary: £55,000 £60,000

Package: Company Vehicle / Allowance (£5,700) + Bonus + Private Healthcare + 33 Days Annual Leave (incl. bank holidays)

Facilitate Search are recruiting for an Electrical Project Manager to join a leading specialist building services business. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a cluster of electrical installation projects across retail, commercial, and education sites.

Duties
  • Overseeing multiple live projects at any one time, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Managing 1015 electrical projects simultaneously (values ranging from £1k £1m).
  • Delivering between £1m £2m in project works per year.
  • Leading a team of in-house trades and specialist sub-contractors.
  • Taking full ownership of each project managing it from cradle to grave.
  • From planning and forecasting through to completion.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and supply chain partners.
  • Monitoring budgets, forecasting, and pipeline to ensure profitability and growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager in the building services or M&E sector
  • Track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage both direct labour and subcontractors
  • Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen
  • Full UK driving licence (regional travel required across Scotland & North of England)
