Salary: £63,000 to £65,000 + Car / Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits

I am working with a growing provider of Hard Services to find an enthusiastic and reliable Electrical Project Manager to join the team.

The group provides commercial installations across a range of systems including energy solutions, smart lighting, BMS, HVAC, Solar PV, EV, and large combined M&E Projects.

The group offers a range of benefits, including flexible / hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily management of projects from tender to construction stage
2. Organisation of direct labour and sub-contractors
3. Scoping, pricing, tender process, variations, and final accounting
4. Reporting to management on the progression of the projects currently being managed
5. Procurement of subcontractors/specialist sub-contractors and materials
6. Attending client site meetings
7. Liaise with clients, consultants, and main contractors regarding the program and daily activities on site
8. Preparation of O&M manuals
9. Preparation of Health and Safety documentation
10. Ensure KPI monitoring is completed weekly

Required Qualifications / Certifications

• City & Guilds 18th Edition
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation

The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, be able to work to deadlines, and keep both teams and costs on track. You will be a strong and clear communicator who can work well under pressure and values teamwork. With more than 3 years of experience in a similar role, you will have managed projects between £20,000 and £1m.

You must have a full clean driving license and your own vehicle for this role.

You must be able to live and work without restriction in the UK.
