Overview

Our client is one of the fastest growing family run businesses who are committed to delivering high-performance and sustainable project solutions across sectors for over 50 years and are seeking to hire an Electrical Project Manager for their smaller division to work on projects up to £10 million M&E. After a successful year last year, hitting £30 million turnover, they are looking to go above and beyond this year. Despite their size, being a family run business, it puts themselves above all their competitors with well over 80% of their clients using them on multiple occasions because of the nature of the business.

Role/Responsibilities
  • Design Review (scope gaps / clashes)
  • Short term programming.
  • Health & Safety (RAMS).
  • Technical Submissions.
  • Preparation/issuing RFIs.
  • Sub-contractor coordination.
  • Management of commissioning stages
  • Quality Assurance – using tablet software
  • Liaising with client team, main contractor and sub-contractors
  • Progress meetings with sub-contractors, professional teams and client
Qualifications
  • Experience managing projects to a minimum of £2M within your own discipline
  • A minimum 5 years’ experience in a management role
