Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead a high-profile commercial project from planning through execution. This role requires a sharp leader who can manage crews, subcontractors, schedules, and budgets while ensuring all work meets code and quality standards.

Electrical Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the electrical scope on a commercial construction site
2. Coordinate with general contractors, clients, engineers, and internal teams
3. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and manpower plans
4. Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and scopes of work
5. Ensure all installations meet local code, safety, and quality standards
6. Prepare and submit RFIs, submittals, and change orders
7. Lead project meetings and provide timely status updates to stakeholders

Electrical Project Manager Requirements:

1. 5+ years of electrical project management experience
2. Black CSCS card
3. SMSTS
4. Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a strong plus
5. Proven track record managing large-scale commercial projects
6. Strong knowledge of NEC, commercial systems, and safety protocols
7. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
