Electrical Project Manager

Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 + package • Location: Chelmsford

A regional award-winning M&E contractor with a rich history of delivering projects across East Anglia & London is searching for an Electrical Project Manager. Jark Cambridge represents this market-leading M&E firm, which delivers projects including Education, Healthcare, bespoke, arts & leisure, student accommodation, and corporate offices. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be based at their head office near Chelmsford but will be expected to travel to projects across the business.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver commercial projects ranging from £1M-£6M.
• Oversee projects from conception to completion with experience in both Design and Build as well as traditional delivery methods.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage installations.
• Manage and plan commissioning and ensure satisfactory handover of the project, including client familiarisation.
• Compile and produce testing, handover, and O&M documentation at completion.
• Ensure all electrical works are carried out in compliance with specification, drawings, and industry standards.
• Develop project program and record progress, delays, and disruption, including capturing contract variations.

Person Specification
