Responsibilities

  • Direct, plan, motivate and monitor the project teams.
  • Produce scopes of works document from given brief or drawings.
  • Plan and agree scheme phasing details with the design team.
  • Continually monitor supplier quotations against rates.
  • Attend and manage on-site scheme phases.
  • Attend scheme design team meetings as necessary.
  • Perform site surveys.
  • Ensure KPI monitoring is completed weekly.
  • Ensure Health & Safety is compliant at all times.

Overview

Our client is an M&E contractor who specialise in retail, commercial and industrial projects. Based in Castleford, they have an excellent reputation for delivering quality, fast track fit out and new build projects across the sectors for leading blue-chip clients. They are recruiting an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their M&E team to provide extra resource in response to increased workload over a sustained period. Projects are in the commercial retail sector, and the role requires managing a varied portfolio of contracts from initial enquiry through to final accounts. Projects can be anywhere in the UK, so you must be flexible to travel.

Responsibilities
