Your new company
You will be joining an established contractor based in Leicester operating within the water industry. This multi-accredited contractor has a strong pipeline of work within the water sector, specialising in the delivery of electrical and electrical solutions on wastewater treatment projects, and offers excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. Due to continued success, they are seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to join their team.


Your new role
As Electrical Project Engineer, you will be based out of their Leicester office (37.5 hours per week) and be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Managing and delivering electrical works on wastewater treatment projects
  • Conducting site visits to monitor project progress and resolve potential technical issues
  • Preparing and reviewing documentation, including RAMS and technical reports
  • Developing project scopes and technical specifications
  • Overseeing contractors and suppliers, ensuring works comply with technical, quality and safety standards
  • Supporting project planning, scheduling and budgeting to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.


What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you must have:

  • Previous experience in electrical project engineering within the wastewater and/or clean water industry, or other process-driven industry
  • CDM and health & safety knowledge
  • Excellent organisational, contractor management and interpersonal skills
  • Full UK driving licence.
